You may enter more than one drawing however, one total prize limit per person. Ages 18+ only. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. Only select prize options that are valid for you. A free consultation is required before treatments. Submission and attendance at event is required for entry by scanning QR code at the event. Random drawings will take place after the event. For each friend that registers at the event the current patient receives an extra entry into the drawing. Winners will have 5 days to respond to the winning email notification. Emails and phone numbers collected may be used for promotions by Radiant Med. We will not sell or share your data.
Giveaways and details:
Botox - 50 Units (2 Winners) Value of $650 each. May be split up over multiple sessions.
Dysport - 50 Units (2 Winners) Value of $650 each. May be split up over multiple sessions.
Laser Package - 6 sessions of a small or extra small area for painless laser hair removal. (1 Winner) Value $600 to $800. (Area examples: Lip, Chin, Underarms or bikini. Sessions are 1 month apart.). Does not work for blond, grey/white or red hair.
Exosome Microneedling - 1 session. (1 Winner) Value $550.
Coolsculpting - 4 cycles (1 Winner) Value $2600. Some patients need 8 cycles for optimal results and varies per area being treated. Consultation required to ensure service is a correct fit.
