Dr. Milas is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She leads Radiant Med in Chapin, SC, combining medical expertise with a personalized approach to skin health, aesthetic treatments, and wellness.
Dr. Milas personally performs all Botox and Dysport injections, manages physician-guided medical weight management consultations and treatment plans, and performs laser procedures requiring physician-level care. She is on-site during laser treatments, providing direct medical oversight and ensuring patient safety remains a priority.
Working alongside our medical aesthetician, Emma, Dr. Milas helps patients navigate their aesthetic options through individualized consultations and treatment recommendations based on medical history, skin concerns, personal goals, and lifestyle.

Emma is a Medical Aesthetician at Radiant Med with a passion for helping patients feel confident, comfortable, and happy in their own skin.
Her interest in skincare began from personal experience after struggling with acne for years. That journey helped her develop a deep appreciation for skin health and the confidence that can come from taking care of your skin.
After graduating from Southeastern Esthetics Institute, Emma continued her education in Advanced Esthetics, expanding her knowledge of skin health, laser technology, and advanced aesthetic treatments. Her training complements her passion for personalized skincare and helping patients feel confident in their skin.
Emma enjoys helping patients understand their skin, feel at ease during treatment, and build confidence through personalized care. One of her favorite services is microneedling because it can support smoother texture, fine lines, acne scarring, and supports collagen production.
